Pam has facilitated several dynamic and powerful educational seminars over several years for our associates. She earned the trust and respect of both the management team and the associates. The skills she teaches are research-based, cutting-edge and practical. Our associates can begin to use the information learned as soon as they complete the seminar. What started out, many years ago, as a trial presentation to our staff, turned into a recurring training process to help us shape our culture and improve the ways we worked together. We eventually just put Pam on a recurring time slot and then agreed on the next topic for her training. We had a much stronger team because of the leadership and coaching provided by Pam.
Professional, knowledgeable, caring and confidential are just a few words that come to mind when describing Pam Hauke. I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Hauke for several years. Her respect and compassion for our needs as an employer has been remarkable. Her on-site seminars are engaging, educational, fun, and provide an interactive learning experience with effective skills retained by all who attend. Having a diverse and large workforce, including the Police Department and Fire Department, creates many challenges but Ms. Hauke has been able to create an EAP culture and environment where employees and families have become accustomed to receiving excellent services working with a proven expert. Because of the unmatched high quality of service, support and most importantly the results, Ms. Hauke is a valued member of our successful team.
I had the opportunity to participate in a Stress Management training that Pam facilitated. It was outstanding! I expected to learn about identifying stressors and how to make healthy choices.
What I didn't expect is how Pam helped the entire audience slow down, listen and take notice of small things. For us Driver personality types, this seminar can be difficult initially but it's exactly what we need. Give her sessions a shot, I guarantee it's worth the time.
Pam Hauke has been our Employee Assistance professional of choice for over a decade. She is a highly-valued and trusted business partner.
Pam is a terrific combination of professional expert and friendly confidant. Employees trust her ability to be discreet and keep information confidential. They value her strong listening skills, problem-solving skills and advice. She has helped us create a culture in which there is no stigma reaching out to talk with the Employee Assistance Program. Employees who have reached out to Pam are not shy about referring their co-workers who could benefit from her services. I think word-of-mouth referrals are the best indicator of great satisfaction with the program’s high quality and outstanding service.
In addition to providing counseling services for employees, our managers and supervisors trust and appreciate Pam’s expertise and advice. When out of the ordinary scenarios present themselves, it is comforting to have someone with Pam’s credentials to reach out to. We have benefitted from her expertise on matters ranging from interpersonal communication to crisis situations.
She has also been onsite for training sessions on several occasions. She provides quality programming in a relaxed environment, leading to successful training outcomes.
I highly recommend Pam Hauke and Anchor EAP.
I have had the pleasure of working with Pam as a colleague for 11 years when I worked at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. She is a highly skilled clinician who has had great results with multiple clients. She is thoughtful and deliberate in her work, showing a high level of professionalism in everything she does. She is an excellent speaker, able to present topics in a fun and interesting way. She has a passion for helping businesses succeed through leadership training and employee assistance. I highly recommend her.
Pam is the consummate professional. She makes excellent presentations to employee groups, she is extremely knowledgeable, a gifted therapist and a fine leader. Pam is the whole package.
